These executives each have stellar track records of combining technical expertise with business insight to develop innovative products and solutions that solve problems and enact positive change.
Rob Vandenberg, President and CEO

As CEO of Lingotek, Rob is driving the vision and leading the charge as the company looks to change the future of translation.
Prior to being named president of Lingotek in 2008, Vandenberg served as the company's vice president of sales and marketing where he was a source of guidance and inspiration. Rob has never shied away from asking the tough questions that have lead to greater understanding, insight and a more progressive development of new products and services.
Prior to Lingotek, Rob served at the helm of several successful ventures. He co-founded and served as the CEO of LocalVoice.com, which was acquired by HarrisConnect in 2005. Afterwards, he was named as the vice president of sales and marketing for HarrisConnect. Prior to that venture, he started as one of the first 20 U.S. employees at INTERSHOP Communications where he helped build its worldwide business as a top performing sales executive with national account responsibilities-the INTERSHOP initial public offering was one of the most successful enterprise software company IPOs in US history - ($10B market cap).
Rob holds a bachelor's degree in political economics from UC Berkeley.
Jeffrey K. Labrum, Chief Financial Officer

Jeff has more than a dozen years of finance experience with a solid track record in managing and navigating the financial concerns for many successful companies.
New ventures are not new to Jeff. Prior to joining Lingotek, he worked as the CFO and later CEO of Chipper Snax, a manufacturing company he took from inception to consolidation.
Jeff worked as Corporate Controller for US Magnesium, a $150 million company managing and directing the company's financial and cost accounting, external reporting, internal auditing, and financial policy oversight and development. He was also the company's principal interface with the external audit team for financial reporting. Additionally, he was an integral part of the development of the company's long-term plan and short-term forecast.
Prior to US Magnesium, Jeff worked for the international accounting firm of KPMG LLP in its audit division. While employed there, he specialized in manufacturing and high tech public companies, and was involved with numerous entrepreneurial companies in their early development stages. In this capacity, he assisted a wide variety of clients with various filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Utah Association of Certified Public Accountants.
Jeff has also lived overseas for a number of years and is fluent in Danish. He holds a B.A. in accounting and an M.B.A. from the University of Utah.
Aaron S. Davis, Chief Technology Officer

Aaron has his hands deep in the technology and theories that are moving the translation industry forward including advancements to natural language processing and social production of language content. Beyond integrating and implementing the technology, he is a catalyst at Lingotek, driven by the need to push the company forward and help it break new ground in the translation technology arena.
Prior to Lingotek he worked for NTT/VERIO where he designed, developed and maintained internal ordering, provisioning, and billing systems for over 40,000 customers. He has managed computer developers and organized special cross-departmental task forces to produce new applications and systems.
Aaron holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science and a Masters of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University his thesis is in Natural Language Processing - Document Clustering
Calvin Scharffs, VP Marketing and Product Development

Calvin is a dedicated entrepreneurial executive with over 17 years of experience managing products, sales, marketing, operations, and personnel for both a Fortune 500 company as well as for small to start-up companies.
Prior to joining Lingotek in 2010, Calvin worked for Sendside Networks, a customer and investor communication platform, where he served as vice president of product management. At Sendside Networks, in addition to leading their integrated marketing program, Calvin was also a product evangelist and worked closely with the product development team to deliver word class software.
Prior to Sendside Networks, Calvin was VP, Group Program Management Director at McCann Worldgroup where he worked with clients including Microsoft, McAfee, Unisys, VeriSign, and Plantronics. Before working at McCann Worldgroup, he was the Director of Marketing for Compliance Information Systems. Early in his career, Calvin was President and CEO of Digital Planet, an internet service provider that was acquired by the Citadel Broadcasting Corporation in 1998.
Calvin holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Utah.
Kent Bridges, VP Business Development

Kent Bridges, has a broad range of experience in all facets of business development, sales strategy, and building global partnerships. Prior to joining Lingotek in 2008, Kent held Senior Executive positions in a number of Global High Tech companies including SVP Worldwide Sales at DigitalPersona, VoiceObjects, Gadzoox Networks, Zeitnet and Director of North American Sales at Novell. He has a B.S. in Marketing/Finance from Brigham Young University and Post Graduate MBA studies at Seattle University.
Willem Stoeller, Director of Account Management

Willem is a well-known figure in the industry who joins Lingotek with over two decades of translation and localization experience. His expertise and knowledge surrounding translation, localization, and internationalization of marketing material, software products, and web content serves as an immeasurable asset to customers.
Prior to joining Lingotek, he worked as a VP of Welocalize, a translation and localization company he helped evolve from a small two-office company to a global ten-office organization. While there, he managed over significant customer accounts such as Adobe, HP, Hitachi, Nokia, and Yahoo assisting in their global expansion as well as supervising teams of program managers, project managers and localization engineers.
Willem is a Certified Project Management Professional and an active volunteer with the Project Management Institute. He is an active participant in the Translation Automation User Society (TAUS) as well as one of the co-founders of the TAUS Data Association. Educated overseas, he has earned his Drs. in Computational Chemistry and Math, Cum Laude, from the University of Amsterdam. On top of all that, he speaks three languages: English, Dutch, and French.
